Dental care in the United States is delivered mostly by private practices: a general or family dentist who handles exams, cleanings, fillings and crowns, and refers out anything that needs a specialist. Group practices and dental clinics put several dentists, hygienists and sometimes specialists under one roof, often with evening and Saturday hours. Most offices ask new patients for a comprehensive exam with X-rays before routine cleanings, which the American Dental Association recommends every six months. Prices are set by each practice, and most accept dental insurance (PPO plans more widely than HMO ones), CareCredit-style financing or an in-house membership plan for people without coverage. Emergency dental services take same-day patients for toothaches, broken teeth and abscesses, usually at a premium.

Philadelphia is in Pennsylvania, in the Northeast, where four distinct seasons shape local life: hot humid summers, snowy winters that can close businesses for a day, and a dense pattern of towns where walking, transit and street parking all matter. Getting around Philadelphia is easiest by car; street parking is metered in busy downtown areas, and most suburban businesses have their own lot. Ride-share apps such as Uber and Lyft operate across Pennsylvania's larger cities, and public transit varies from extensive to minimal.

We’ve been coming here for over ten years. The experience is always phenomenal. The staff is friendly and welcoming. The care, especially with our autistic child has been nothing but amazing. Dr. Lee continues the great service of her predecessor. We recommend this dentist office to any and everyone.

Horrible wait times. Horrible dentist. She ruined by children's teeth. Took two of my children to separate dentists and both dentists said the same exact thing. My one daughter needed a root canal because of her and my other daughter needed extensive work to correct the mistakes made by this dentist. Dr. Reich would be devastated to learn what he let take over. She rushes through the appointments. She hurts the child then calls the child a baby when the child said, "you are hurting me." She definitely needs a new profession. Take your children somewhere else.

I will be changing my children Dentist ASAP this establishment is highly unprofessional. I had many problems with the scheduling. They don’t keep track of scheduling and try to throw you in days that you never scheduled for. She tried to argue me down when I have to confirm my children’s appointment by email. The front staff girls are very rude. That doctor office is very slow. They overbooked. They don’t even have enough chairs for the patients that comes in. there were people standing inside of the dental office. Parents please stay away from this place

I am deeply disappointed and heartbroken by my experience with this dental office. I trusted this practice with my child for over four years, believing that because they are medical professionals, my child was being treated with care, patience, and understanding. As parents, we sit in the waiting room assuming everything is okay because we are not back there to see what is really happening. My child would often come out crying, but we were reassured by smiles, small prizes, and the idea that children just get upset at the dentist. I believed that narrative. I trusted them. That trust was broken.Over time, I began noticing other children leaving visibly upset one older child telling her grandmother she would never come back. Still, I tried to give the benefit of the doubt. I told myself they wouldn’t do that to my child. Then the truth came out. When I told my child she had another dental appointment scheduled, she broke down hysterically crying, shaking, and begging not to go back. That is when she finally told me what happened. She said her arms were held down. She said they put so much water in her mouth during cleanings that she felt like she was choking, and when she tried to sto

Dr. Reich had retired so Dr. Win Lee saw my kids’ teeth at their appointment, which was scheduled for within a week of my request. It’s super hard to get pediatric dental appointments in Philadelphia, most dentists are booked up to 4-6 months ahead, so I appreciated that Dr. Lee was available. The office is small but nicely organized. Parking wasn’t too much of a problem - street parking in a quiet neighborhood. There is plenty of seating in the lobby area, somewhat socially distanced, but masks were encouraged to be worn. There are two arcade games for children and a corner play area that my kids enjoyed playing in. Friendly office staff and Dr. Lee gave me a thorough overview of my kids’ dental health after their appointment. Overall, good experience - highly recommend Dr. Lee.
